Arawa Park Hotel, Independent Collection By Evt, Rotorua

The hotel had comfortable beds but needed basic maintenance. The rooms were a bit dated and had a lingering smell of vomit. However, the staff were helpful and even moved us to a better room. The location offered a nice view but was noisy early in the morning. The dining experience was disappointing, but the hotel had good services and facilities.

The hotel has some impressive highlights like spacious and well-equipped rooms but also some downsides such as an issue with air conditioning and the lack of an ironing board. The service was exceptional with helpful and friendly staff, although the initial luxury room availability was uncertain. The location is convenient with proximity to various attractions.
